Sondra
Sondra's career in broadcasting began back in her college days at Utica College of Syracuse University. She caught the broadcasting bug after taking a radio and television course. Through that course, she landed an internship with ABC affiliate WUTR-TV in Utica, New York. She also hosted a radio show on college radio station 90.7 FM WPNR.
After college, she worked as a V.J. for a local music video show that aired on Long Island public access television called,"Blacks in Action". In addition, she served as student field reporter for Long Island News Tonight which also aired on public access television.
After working as a promotions intern for 92.7 WLIR-FM, she became the Midday co-host and weekend on air personality for Party 105.3 FM.
She also worked as an Associate Producer for News 12 Long Island. Soon after relocating to Seattle, WA, she worked with NWCN (North West Cable News) as a freelance Associate Producer and was the Everett, WA region's Hi-Q Academic Quiz Competition Quiz Master for the 2010 season.
Sondra is the morning show host on KSER 90.7 FM. Join her on your morning commute weekdays from 6 to 9am and stay up to the minute on world and national affairs, plus local news, traffic, and weather for Snohomish County, Island County, and beyond.
New KSER morning show features airing at 6:42am and 8:42am:
On Mondays join etiquette consultant, Arden Clise for a feature we call, "Monday Morning Etiquette".
On Thursdays hear local chef Joan Autry on her weekly segment,"Cooking With Joan".
And on Fridays, two of Snohomish County's premier personal trainers, Kelvin Thomas and Cailean Johnson keep you healthy and fit with their weekly fitness trainer tips.

Still listening to Cailean
Still listening to Cailean Johnson's Fitness and health information in the morning on my way to work. Boy he has a lot of information that I never thought about or that I could get from a trainer, and it's free thanks to you.
I have told a lot of my friends about it and the ones I work out with. It's funny, great how we are all on the same page with our work. We use to just show up and start working out. Now we are talking to each other about our work out program using the information Cailean has given and passing it on to other that have not heard Cailean. Makes us sound knowledgeable but best of all give us a much better idea of the best, proper way of doing it for our self.
Please keep it coming Cailean and Sondra, how about a repeat on the weekends, oh maybe we all could meet with Cailean and Sondra one weekend for a group work out, how cool would that be.

Sondra, Been busy but just
Sondra, Been busy but just want to take a min. to say the fitness trainer that was on last Friday morning, Cailean, was very good, down to earth, not the in your face Drill Sargent stuff you think of from a personal trainer. Would like to hear more during the week. AM is great, it starts my list of things I want to do. PM and weekends would be good too as it would catch me at the time I can do it
