Re-ratification of 2 Board members

The KSER Board of Directors is taking public comment on a proposal to ratify the recent renewal of terms of 2 current Board members.

At the Annual meeting of the KSER Foundation June 10th, President Karen Crowley and Board member David Lenci were each approved for another 3 year term.

Unfortunately, due to a procedural oversight, members did not receive a ballot notification as required in our by-laws.

To remedy this, the Board is taking public comment via email, or in person at the January 13th or February 10th, on whether they should ratify the new term of office for Karen and David.
