Proposal to seat two Board members

At the February meeting of the KSER Board of Directors, public comment was taken regarding the proposal to ratify the terms of office of 2 current Board members.

The Board approved a plan to appoint Karen Crowley and David Lenci to the Board on an interim basis, as allowed in the by-laws, pending the June annual meeting of the Foundation. At that time, Karen and David will stand for re-election to fill-out the remainder of the 3-year terms for their seats on the Board.

A slate of candidates will be announced to members prior to the annual meeting and ballots mailed 30 days prior to the annual meeting, as specified in our by-laws.

KSER Foundation Board meetings, usually held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, are open to the public and time is always reserved for public comment. Time and location are posted on this website prior to the meetings, and announced on-air one week prior to each meeting.
