Steve's radio career began in the 1980s with stints at 92.5 KZAM in Bellevue, and FM99 KEZX in Seattle. For over 20 years he worked for two major media companies in the in-store music industry creating branded programs for large and small businesses. More recently he owned his own media production company focused on music consulting and web-based training. He continues to host the popular Saturday morning Big Bandstand program on KSER. Steve lives in Edmonds with his wife Helene.
Chris became KSER's chief engineer in 2007, having previously served the station in a variety of capacities. Chris' professional radio engineering training began with the Navy, but his experience dates back to a childhood fascination with everything electronic. Chris is an active ham-radio enthustiast and a licensed pilot, and he continues to host the long-running Classical Edge program heard Tuesday evenings at 9pm and rebroadcast Sunday mornings at 4am. When he's not keeping KSER's equipment in tip-top shape, Chris works as a professional photographer.
